        Re: The Carey Scholars

Dear Ms. Dunlap:

I have had the great fortune of knowing Ray Carey for the past five years.  I have followed closely his work on democratic capitalism, and just as important the young scholars he’s nurturing.  I know of few things taking place in this country that are as exciting as Ray’s vision of democratic capitalism.  I look forward to working with him and hopefully introducing democratic capitalism in Mississippi, possibly at the University of Mississippi School of Law.  I am therefore enclosing a small contribution to the cause.

Best wishes for the holidays.
